Where do I get picked up?

We’ll be happy to pick you up at your location in our 12 passenger, easy step-on, air-conditioned bus. But if you’re visiting Middlebury or Burlington from out of town, we do have several public pick-up locations.

How much does one of your tours cost? What’s included in the price?

That depends on which tour you’re booking - we customize build our tours based on what you want to do. Visit the Our Tours page for an idea of the different types of tours we can do - each lists a starting price.

All of our tours are all-inclusive: round-trip transportation, all tastings, a light lunch (if lunch is part of your tour), server gratuities, taxes and keepsakes.

Where will we stop?

That depends on the tour. You can check out the tasting tour venues through the links below for a list of possible stops. The actual itinerary will be emailed to all attendees 48 hours before the scheduled tour.

Should I eat before the tour?

Yes, we recommend that you have breakfast before going on the tour to avoid drinking on an empty stomach.

Could my tour get canceled?

A tour could get canceled due to severe weather. Notification of cancellation will be made as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued — or if you prefer, a booking for a future tour will be made.

What should I wear?

There is no dress code in Vermont — just please dress appropriately for the weather!

But for safety reasons, no open toe shoes are allowed on the bus.

What is your refund policy?

If you need to cancel a tour booking, please contact us as soon as possible with your information and order number, or call us at 802-377-3170. We offer a full refund for cancellations made 2 or more weeks in advance of the tour date. After that, a partial refund will be made as follows:

  • less than 2 weeks in advance of the tour date — 75% refund

  • less than 1 week in advance of the tour date — 50% refund

  • less than 2 days in advance of the tour date — no refund

Can I reschedule my tour?

Yes, but any date changes made less than 7 days before a tour will be subject to a 20% rescheduling fee.

No date changes can be made less than 48 hours before a tour.
