Our Policies

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a tour booking, please contact us as soon as possible with your information and order number, or call us at 802-377-3170. We offer a full refund for cancellations made 2 or more weeks in advance of the tour date. After that, a partial refund will be made as follows:

  • less than 2 weeks in advance of the tour date — 75% refund

  • less than 1 week in advance of the tour date — 50% refund

  • less than 2 days in advance of the tour date — no refund

If there are fewer than 4 seats booked for a tour, it may be subject to cancellation. If a tour is canceled due to this reason, all scheduled attendees will be notified 48 hours in advance, and a full refund will be issued — or if preferred, a booking for a future tour will be made.

Conduct

We want everyone to have fun on our tours! We ask that you drink responsibly and follow the tasting recommendations and amounts offered by the tasting room staff. And please, no drinking on the bus — drinking is limited to our tour venues only.

Attire

There is no dress code in Vermont! Simply dress appropriately for the weather. But for safety reasons, no open toe shoes are allowed on the bus.
